How long does it take to get my products? 

A

On average it takes 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.  Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unforseen events involving our factory or the delivery service.  We strive to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if my products arrive damaged? 

A

Contact our customer service department which is open from Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm ET through email at support@thebodylabonline.com or by phone (860) 578-8020 and a replacement will be sent to you at no charge.

What if it's been over 10 days and my order still has not arrived?

A

First, check your email for your shipping confirmation and tracking information.  Once you find it, click on the tracking number link to find out the location of your package.  If you have not received one, your products have not been shipped yet so please contact our customer service department.

Where do we ship? 

A

Currently, we are able to ship throught the United States and Canada.  However, our Canadian orders must contain 6 bottles of oil.

I ordered more than one type of product, either two kinds of oil, or oil and a scale.  Will my products arrive all together? 

A

For the most part, all of the oil products are shipped together in one box and the devices, such as the scale, are shipped separately.  However, on oaccasion, different kinds of oil will be shipped in different boxes.

Can I add or change an order once it's been placed? 

A

Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered.  This protects you from being charged for additional products after submitting your payment informations.  If two orders are placed submitted within a few minutes of each other, we can combines these for shipping purposes but we cannot change the number of bottles or what was purchased.
