How do I change my Auto Ship? 


To do so, just log into our online store at or click here.  Enter your log in which is usually your email address and password. 


Once you are logged in, you will be taken to "My Account" page where you click on the words "Manage Subscription" in red located under your name on the right hand side of the page.  


Once you have clicked on "Manage Subscription", you can adjust how often you receive your oil by clicking on the words "Every (#) Weeks" in the center column.  A pop up window will appear to allow you adjust the number of weeks between orders.  Once you choose the number of weeks, make sure to click the "Update" button on the pop up window.  


To make further adjustments, click on the word "Manage" in blue to the right of the page and a drop down menu will appear giving you several options such as updating payment information to changing the amount of oil in your order. 


Make sure after each change you make to click the "Update" button to save the changes! 


Am I obligated to use Auto Ship?


No.  Auto Ship is for your convenience to help you save on your oil purchase and to ensure you receive oil before running out.  You may cancel at any time. 


How do I cancel my Auto Ship? 


In order to cancel your auto ship, you must contact customer service by emailing and ask that your auto ship be cancelled.  It would be greatly appreciated if you include a reason for why you are requesting the cancellation.
